Eliminate sugar and all carbs. Eat grass fed beef and free range chickens (and eggs). Non-GMO green veggies. Pure, raw cheese. Zero processed foods with all of their preservatives, dyes, hormones, additives, etc. Plenty of water (I like Waterloo sparking, flavored waters). Extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, beef tallow, and salted butter.

Do you know what department the Air Force answers to? SMH. Yeah, DEFENSE. As for NASA, it was established by congressional action and signed into law by Eisenhower in 1958. Educate yourself.

For years, you paid hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people who work for the federal government to work from home due to covid. And of course, they did not work. The corruption in the federal government has to be at least a quarter of it. And that is year after year after year just compounding.
How can the USA system be improved. Trump is working hard to improve it.
