I think the odds are almost entirely stacked against it.

There's still a ton of Illegals, and a lot of Republicans Politicians support Illegals backhandedly due to Capitalism whims.

There's a good chance that America will go to civil war, and be conquered by Russia / China, anyways.

I see little hope.
