Now the poor owners of mean cats have to take their mean cats out of state to get them declawed.

Those who can't afford the travel expenses will just have to wear dark clothes to hide the blood stains.

Cats aren't "mean" unless you make them mean.

That would be fantastic except who do you ticket or charge when ya find a feral. We have been battling feral cats for yrs. Conveniently the city has no animal control. One winter I trapped and transported out of the neighborhood 40 cats. Recently she has Has been working with a rescue to get the ferals out back neutered that was another ninety removed. The kittens can be saved if you catch them in time and remove the feral. they then end up at a Pet store
