Pet owners need to be responsible and not make all of their neighbors deal with their reprobate cats. The cats belong to the owners and shouldn't be allowed free reign over the neighborhood. Dogs have leash laws, exotic pets have control laws, cats are no different. It’s how they defend themselves
YES!! Maybe there's hope for California yet. I think that this should be a nationwide ban though.
Draft. Or Drift. It’s how they defend themselves

Cats aren't "mean" unless you make them mean. Now the poor owners of mean cats have to take their mean cats out of state to get them declawed.
Those who can't afford the travel expenses will just have to wear dark clothes to hide the blood stains.
My comment was a general statement not directed at youYou mean in California because I don't love abortion.
What kind of targets?
That would be fantastic except who do you ticket or charge when ya find a feral. We have been battling feral cats for yrs. Conveniently the city has no animal control. One winter I trapped and transported out of the neighborhood 40 cats. Recently she has Has been working with a rescue to get the ferals out back neutered that was another ninety removed. The kittens can be saved if you catch them in time and remove the feral. they then end up at a Pet storePet owners need to be responsible and not make all of their neighbors deal with their reprobate cats.
