These drivers are subcontractors. I doubt there's many benefits associated with the job. As an entry level job, it opens a door to either promotions or transfer to a better job.

you get what you pay for, around were i live we have a neighborhood chat channel were people tell everyone what is happening around us and Amazon apparently makes many a misdelivery... i had a couple myself...
