The electoral college was a mechanism for control by State Legislatures. As it was the State Legislatures that decided who the president was. Just like it was the State Legislatures who decided who senators were.

Last month there was a procesing error that messed up 23,000 registrations. Demonstrating that the common denominator is the new system. Not legal immigrants.

This was a grand total of 1500 people in a state of 40,000,000 where a new law is being implemented.

These are only the ones they can blame "on the system". The number of ILLEGAL REGISTRATIONS because of the LAWS in Cali are probably 5 to 8 times that number..
