The recent release of Jane Mayer's book The Dark Side revealed that a secret report by the International Committee of the Red Cross determined "categorically" that the CIA used torture

Oooo, some author writes about a "secret" Red cross report and you choose to just believe it with out question. Can't say I am surprised by that
