Picking apart the past can be difficult. We still do not know the names of the men who financed slavery on the European side. We still do not know the Captains of the ships that were involved. We just know it existed. We know that African tries may have sold their own perhaps. And we know that when they arrived in the Western Hemisphere they were sold to people.
