They should have. You cannot outright BAN someone from voting their constitutional right, especially over something as simple as apparel. Hats can be removed and shirts turned inside out. People should know better than to go vote wearing political apparel. I know it is silly and these people probably would have allowed you to vote wearing Harris/Walz shirts, but these are democrats--- why give them opportunity.

The only thing that has law behind it is what as known as electioneering . Liberals once again are stating “law” when they know not what they speak of. Electioneering involves approaching someone to give them papers or state your case as to why you should vote for their guy. That can get aggressive and confrontational so it’s unlawful .

Voting precincts should have a sanctity in the first world. Somehow since cheating was exposed more of this has come to the forefront. The photos of African Americans with rifles at a voting station at a library in Philadelphia some years ago was over the top.
