Bunch Of Kamala Pollworkers In SC Refused To Allow A Trump Supporter To Vote Because Of His Hat

Lol, the good news about the whole Trumpster phenomenon is most of them are fat piles of trash

Tell Mike that

This is the depths these people are going to. I would be mad too if this happened to me.

These poll-workers refused to allow this Trump supporter to vote because he had a camo MAGA hat on.
It's the law.
No electioneering inside, or within "X" feet of a polling place.
And whether it's a sign, or apparel with a candidates name, or political message, it's electioneering.

At least in Maryland the electioneering advocates cannot be any closer than 50 feet from the main entrance.

here in CT - it's 75 ft.

500 feet is almost two footballs fields so that would put them offsite and up the road into neighborhoods.

i think it's excessive myself, but guess what? thems the rules. anyone who disagrees, like that MAGAt, should try to change the....

l-a-w.

Since that would be so ridiculous a thinker like me concludes the entirety of your emotional assertions about scary scary MAGA caps is merely your feelings and wishes

nope. i just believe that the law should be followed. why don't you? why didn't that knuckle dragger? the onus is on HIM who violated the
l-a-w, & HE had a hissy fit, because HE couldn't just do what HE wanted.

don't even try to come up with any more lame ass excuses.

All they had to do was remove their hat, such as put it in their pocket, or leave it in the car. Or cover up their T-shirt, such as closing their jacket, and they would have been allowed to vote unquestioned.

Hahaha haha, shhhhuuuuuuuuuur, so is Mickey Mouse
Delaware

No election officer, challenger or any other person within the polling place or within 50 feet of the entrance to the building in which the
voting room is located shall electioneer during the conduct of the election. For the purposes of this section… "electioneering" includes
political discussion of issues, candidates or partisan topics, the wearing of any button, banner or other object referring to issues,
candidates or partisan topics,
the display, distribution or other handling of literature or any writing or drawing referring to issues,

Let's go Brandon is clearly a partisan topic.
Thus is electioneering under at least one state law.

In this case it's a political expression used by, and even merchandised by the RNC.

Making it a political message, the RNC said wasn't outdated.

Or just ignore the law, like the criminal poll worker.
It's actually enforcing the law, not ignoring it.
No electioneering.

It's the law in all 50 states, and territories.
