We just saw this with BLM and protests against police shootings. They weren't on board at first. They wanted no part in that fight but eventually their backs got broken and they had to acquiesce. There were simply more people in this country who cared about sending a message to cops who would kneel on a black man's neck for 9 minutes than racists who wanted to excuse it. There are more people in this country who believe in supporting the LGTBQ community than bigots who want to try and accuse them of the worst crimes against children, simply for existing. The mainstream of America does not support that type of mutant bigotry and it only survives today when it remains small and goes unnoticed. When you clowns get loud and you fuck around you always end up finding out.
