Well another black man got a beaten by the police. This man was driving his car and the police pulled him over and smashed the window out and beat the black man. Fortunately the black man had a camera in the car. It appears the police report fails to mention this.

Fortunately the black man had a camera inside his car and it captured it all on video. Systemic racism I am not to say. But I this is an occurrence all over the USA.

McNeil is hardly the first Black motorist to record video during a traffic stop that turned violent — Philando Castile's girlfriend livestreamed the bloody aftermath of his death during a 2016 traffic stop near Minneapolis.

William McNeil Jr. captured his February traffic stop on his cellphone camera, which was mounted above his dashboard. It offered a unique view, providing the only clear footage of the violence by officers, including punches to his head that can't clearly be seen in officer body camera footage released by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

When one has authority it must be wielded responsibily. All officers should have bodycam, it protects citizens and themselves. As it were in Canada the plained clothed liars and agents working in corporations, American or domestic; do far more damage. There are rarely recordings of their crimes...

There were several body cam perspectives of this encounter.

If he did no wrong, pay him. Once cops start something, they put themselves in a jam and then escalate if someone escalates them. It is machismo and circle the wagons. If you challenge them and stop, they win some machismo battle. If you end up paying the system for nothing you did wrong or are emasculated, you never forget, never forget. Unfortunately, there are millions of people who seethe on how they were/are treated, and time healing wounds is tough. To me, our nation will fail eventually due to this. We have men with flaws phukn with men with flaws. There are many smart cops. It is the ones who are not that is the problem.

Fortunately the black man had a camera in the car as the "several" body cams failed to capture the beating

Pay him and ensure the offending officer never works in law enforcement again.

What did the motorist say to stir up the police?

Like my mum always told me, it takes two to tango. I have doubts that the motorist is completely innocent.

When I was a young man, a police officer I knew got into a little bit of a jackpot for ******* up some miscreant on duty. Didn't make the national news as both the cop and criminal were honkies.

But the suspect openly and falsely accused the police officer's MOTHER of being a prostitute. Needless to say, once all the information came out, this was all like water under the bridge, the cop was justified.

The guys own camera proved he resisted lawful commands.

That will get your ass kicked by police in every country in the world.

An officer must have a reasonable suspicion of a crime to detain someone in a traffic stop. The man was within his rights to ask why he was being asked to get out of the car.

No headlights in inclement weather which led to discovery he was driving on a suspended license.

Is this where I make things up? There wasn't even any inclement weather that required full headlights.
