Man arrested after pointing assault rifle at CHP officer, leading authorities on pursuit in Redding

Yes, how is it a teenager is shot in the back with no weapon and this white man points his gun right at the officer and he doesn't get a scratch.

The first guy had no time to shoot at him. He did not fire at the Police. No biting, scraching, punching, resisting, running thru neihborhoods, carjacking etc. How many cops did he harm? How many civilians did he put at risk? Things are not always the same to make you happy. I want all criminals killed these days. Countries almost lost. No time or money to fool with savages or street vermin.

He gave up quietly under Police request AFTER his initial bad decision? They were probably sad they didn’t get a chance to take him out.

Now you on the other hand as we see all the time could do it and live to tell about it.
You see me pulling a gun on cops, and not getting shot, all the time? That’s funny, because I’ve yet to do that once, much less “all the time”. Are you an idiot or something? Learn comma usage, fool.

A dramatic traffic stop unfolded on Interstate 5 near Mountain Gate in Shasta County earlier this week. New video obtained by Action News Now shows a man brandishing an AR-15-style weapon at a California Highway Patrol (CHP) officer.

The incident was captured on video by Donald Vincent De Mercurio on Tuesday afternoon. It shows the man in a white shirt stepping out of his car and pointing a firearm at the officer, who then reversed his car to create distance.

CHP later identified the suspect as 39-year-old Jeffery Dean Bembry from Lake Shastina. The CHP said after a high-speed chase south on I-5, Bembry apprehended on Oasis Road in Redding. Video footage showed him lying on the pavement as officers took him into custody.

Bembry was arraigned in court on several charges, including assault with a semiautomatic firearm on an officer and fleeing from an officer while driving recklessly. On Thursday, the Shasta County District Attorney's Office filed six felony charges against him.

These charges include two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm upon an officer, two counts of exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer, possession of an assault weapon, and fleeing a pursuing peace officer's car while driving recklessly.

Bembry's next court appearances are scheduled for May 20 for a plea disposition and May 22 for a preliminary hearing.

So, an officer shoots an 18yr old in the back while he is fleeing and it is justified.

Now here is a white man who gets out of his vehicle and points an AR15 at a cop and he is just taken into custody later.

Can someone explain this?
what day of he week was it??

And most recently with the guy who murdered an innocent cop by running him over with a vehicle.
Makes ya wonder...the father ran over a cop who had nothing to do with the murder of his son. But, why did he target a white cop? Why didn't he run over a black cop?

Hmm..

Tell me idiot, how did he give up quietly when he got out of his car and walked up pointing a gun at the highway patrolman.

Things get unnecessarily complicated when they don't shoot first and ask questions later.
