Breaking: Woman shot while trying to kill ICE agents in Minnesota

I’ve seen all angles. The dude walked away. He shot from the side. Why would a mother of 3 suddenly become a killer? She didn’t. This is ******* lies. You are an asshole.

Wait until they release the body cam footage. Hahahaahaaa

After looking at the video multiple times it seems she panicked. No one was in danger. She paid with her life. Shot dead for no reason.
Why was she panicking? You know she is white and a citizen, right? She could have answered their questions and be on the way.

You’re contradicting yourself. Did they want her to be there or not? Stop? Go? What did she do wrong?

What gave them the authority to order her to stop? What was the first issue?
Well the US Constitution gave Congress the power to regulate the nationalization process. Congress passed laws doing that. That same constitution created the executive branch to enforce those laws

So the short answer is, the US constitution

Well she was surrounded by heavily armed agents. She was probably confused, and she should not have sped off. What she did was not a Capital offense. She did not deserve to die.

She intentionally blocked the road provoking a confrontation, drove away with one officer gripping her door handle and accelerated toward another officer. That is assault with a deadly weapon. He has no idea that within a split second if she is going to run him over or not. SHE IS AN EMINENT THREAT TO HIS LIFE. Case closed.
Evidently, this woman had been there all day. She just thought that she got away with it for so long, she could escalate and nothing would happen to her. It looks like a huge crowd is forming with the mayor and governor agitating for violence against government agents. They are going to force Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and arrest both Frey and Walz.

She was going right at him, he pulls his gun, and when she is what... maybe 4 feet from him at most, she suddenly turns the wheel. He shoots a moment after she turned the wheel. Even if he knew she was going to miss him, he didnt know who was outside of his peripheral vision in that exact moment. At least thats what he will argue.

She didnt do herself any favors by cutting it so close.

Yup. She tried to run him over and got a DARWIN AWARD.

What we see in the video, as most reasonable people see, is law enforcement initiated lawful contact which by all normal accounts results in verbal commands to stop and turn off the vehicle. The officer further closes on the open window communicating with the driver. Another officer steps in front of the vehicle thinking the situation was deescalated to then watch the driver furtively try to flee the scene thereby placing the officer in front of the car in jeopardy of death or great bodily harm.
What was the basis of their contact with her? They can’t detain someone who hasn’t broken any laws, especially given their limited jurisdiction.

All Ashli Babbitt was trying to do was open a door. Michael Byrd was in no danger. He shot her dead
You're not going to get upset after Trump is gone and we make sure all of his victims get $5 million checks at your expense are you?

She backed up. Then turned to avoid him. He shot from the side of the car.

She was a Mom getting out of a violent encounter. But they wouldn’t let her get to safety.

The normalization and encouragement of violence on the left needs to stop!

The left needs to learn that murdering people because you disagree with what they believe is NOT OK.

Democrats and their media are 100% to blame for this.

How many more times is this going to happen??

The right has to learn that Jack booted thugs hiding behind masks have no place in a civilized society.

So if I approach a police DUI checkpoint and decided to run over them, I can use the "I was confused and in fear for my life because police have weapons?

Sorry, not gonna fly.

What gives police the authority to set up checkpoint during the holidays?

Need another hint?
Sobriety checkpoints are actually a very interesting constitutional question.

But it also has nothing to do with this situation since there was no checkpoint.
