She was ordered to stop. The officer had his hand on the handle of her car and she could have dragged him. She obviously didn't give a shit. She should have stopped and exited her car because she was actively blocking ICE and had been dogging them all day. You have no proof at all.

If you actually watch the video instead of looking at screenshots, two things are evident:

1) Subject reverses (turn wheels left).

2) Subject is told to exit the vehicle, but instead shifts the vehicle into drive (turns wheels right and accelerates to close distance toward agent).

Agent responds with lethal force.

Furthermore, why was she there? All the way from Colorado? Just that alone would quash the "innocent bystander" theory.
