What do the courts say about striking a law enforcement officer with your vehicle?

The Supreme Court has rejected any and all, moment of danger, arguments and requires that the entire chain of events leading up to a shooting be taken into account, including officer created danger outcomes like the one Ross was involved in.

I was, I didn't like what they did....They handed you liars a pot of gold in misrepresenting what happened, and you've used it....I've always said that if you break the law, you open yourself up to these sorts of things....Full stop, end of story...

This is no different...Except, you dumb asses are trying to use it to further ramp up the violence...It's not going to end well for you morons.

What was misrepresented on that day?

It's too bad breaking the law never opened itself up to Trump, ever.

Good certainly put herself in a potentially dangerous situation, but should that be the big takeaway here? I would say, that the question of whether you can simply murder someone who was originally partially blocking a road is the must bigger issue here.

Why are you so desperate for american style brownshirts in this country?

Wtf up with the thread title?

They couldn't agree on anything other than ambiguous, or generally meaningless, which is a fair description of what the whole incident is becoming, and a damn shame considering the cost.

Even the governor and mayor had their agenda to help whip up the frenzy.
Of course they needed to spin a yarn to get to their mantra. AND, to deflect away
from all the fraud and abuse with the day care debacle.
Nobody needed to “whip up a frenzy”. It was guaranteed.

This is also an example of how people think slow motion photography or video somehow applies to real-life conditions and split-second decisions. Not to mention that what anyone can see from any number of angles, is not what the officer can see from where they are.

Reality also doesn't have a rewind button with a bunch of Monday Morning Quarterbacking options.
There are a lot of folks that I believe have some very unrealistic expectations due primarily to an emotional response in regard to the very tragic event.
You had better get used to it. The rapid growth of all sorts of survaillance, and the use of AI to sort through it is rapidly giving reality a rewind button.

This yet another example.
