It has been more than established that this thread title is incorrect and is not a clean start. This thread title needs to be modified to an accurate title. My alternative threads have been merged into here. I should not have to post in a thread where the title is an outright lie unless it is in the rubber room or badlands.

All the evidence shows:

• She arrived 4 minutes before ICE pulled up
• She dropped someone off and pulled out to make a U turn
• She waved ICE through and the first car went by
• The second car pulled up to her door aggressively
• She said out her window "I am pulling out"
• She backed up and turned to leave to the right

At no point has it been established she tried to KILL anyone. The Title is baiting, inaccurate, and should be changed, or competing threads shouldnt be merged in here.

We don't close or move threads that have inaccurate info in the title. Feel free to dispute any and all inaccuracies in the thread.

She grazed a guy, and no doubt it would qualify as justifiable under current standards.

That said, the standards for use of force are ******* stupid and allow cops to kill people for no reason.

Case in point, shooting her accomplished nothing. It didn’t protect anyone. If anything, it only put more people in danger.

Well she was surrounded by heavily armed agents. She was probably confused, and she should not have sped off. What she did was not a Capital offense. She did not deserve to die.

The punishment for being confused isnt death. She never threatened anyone. This was a grave overreaction and a straight up unjustified killing that will be prosecuted for murder.
