I also did not see any AMERICAN flags there, being taken down.

She wasn't RIPPING them down, she was carefully taking them down, as to NOT rip them.

They were being removed, because--

1. they were attached to school property and not placed on appropriate poles or walls
2. they obviously did NOT get permission to hang ANY flags, from the school office
3. those who hung the flags are obviously malcontents, as the one videoing this is being a Karen about it, and not going to the office to actually TALK to someone about this.

ALL schools have appropriate places for students works for public display..........whether that be a poster, announcement, or flag..........you don't attach your crap to buildings, walls, or windows of property that is not YOURS.

2. There is a campus policy that flags can only be displayed in designated places. Students cannot hang *anything* unauthorized on campus property, be it a flag, an advertisement, whatever.

3. The college *has* an American flag, as well as a state of Connecticut one, flying on an appropriate pole at appropriate relative heights
