Will people's attitude of healthcare change with the killing of that CEO?

What social security benefits were cut? Link
Looking for it.

This was told to a beneficiary by someone who administers his plan.

His deductibles went up and his 100/quarter incidentals card (Plan B) was cut to 60/quarter.

What?

Sounds like you're talking about Medicare Advantage plans. That's extra bullshit insurance companies use to entice you to buy their products.

Oooops.....

You are correct.

I totally braincramped it when I typed it.

Apologies.

Still can't find anything about it on the net.
You won't. Those plans can and do change every year. That stuff was unheard of years ago.

Screwed up.

Medicare....not SS.

Looking for links.
You are forgiven. my son.

How can ulcerative colitis treatment cost $2Million per year. Who's the crook here, the insurance company or the hospitals? Do a colostomy and be done with it. Sheez!

They seem to work in tandem to screw people out of their money. There are so many leeches on the body of healthcare that you can't even see the healthcare.

We need to take better care of our health. That might help lower costs. Supply and demand.

As a lifelong legal professional, I have been trying to forage out some outrage over a man shot in the back on a city street in broad daylight.

I can't. I just cannot care about this CEO who was, apparently, a reprehensible human being. I hope his replacement is a better person.

If there is such a thing as cosmic justice his killer will never be found. That is if anyone really wants to find him.

Well stated. Consider this.

Unhealthy food is everywhere in america. Why we allow that i will never know. We want drugs off our streets understood. But we just allow unhealthy foods on every corner and people get addicted to them. That's only going to get worse. It's going to come down to parents saying no to fast food and junk food, only as a treat once in a great great while. Food manufacturers aren't going to lessen up their grip on our youth. We never let our kids eat fast food and junk foods at home. What a person puts in their body is paramount. Fast food and processed foods are very very hard on a person.

I like fast food, especially chicken sandwiches. However, I either bring milk with me or take the sandwich home where I can drink milk with it. I never buy shakes or sodas with the sandwich. I also never buy the fries; the sandwich alone is enough food for me.

Whenever the federal government gets involved with regulation of the free market, costs go up, and quality declines.

This has happened in education, and it has happened in Health Care.

This cluster F started with Nixon.

The British and Canadian models are terrible compared to what America USED to have. Long waits, the government pushing suicide for minor things, and rationed healthcare.

I'm two months into a six month wait to see an ENT doctor.
