BREAKING: Thad Cochran Campaign busted for illegal vote buying operation

this is all over the net folks

it's going to break and guess who these liberals are going to accuse in this mess? not the Democrats that helped in it you can bet on that

Progressives don't care how much their politicians break the law. As long as they push The Agenda, that's all that counts.

People like Nutz-breath yearn for an atheist theocracy in America, one where everyone has to accept being ruled by a bunch of corrupt Democrat thugs.

Why so quiet? Looks like this might be a Tea Party victory after all. Cochran is toast.

I think you are pretty gullible.:eusa_whistle:

I think you are. You never can back up your garbage about the Tea Party, can you?

Sure I have, plenty of times. But, ironically, you guys didn't like my source and dismissed it - or you just ignore it. I mean when you scream Teapers aren't racist and the Teaper sitting next to you screams all ******* are stupid...what is the point in even trying to convince you anymore if you can't even recognize the racist teapers in front of your face. As I explained to someone else...how can I describe sound to a deaf guy.

But yeah...Got News! More than likely a Teaper attempt to confuse the issue. Why don't you call the authorities and ask if they are investigating the story.

You won't post examples, you won't explain your reasoning, yet you continue to defend the indefensible. I do remember destroying you on this the other night...

You are a dumb ass and know nothing about me. I am FAR from an athiest an I am no Democrat. But believe that if it makes you feel better about being a lemming Teaper who can't think for himself.

Just because you want the story to be true, doesn't make it true! That is why all Teapers are idiots...they believe nonsense without taking the time to investigate for themselves. Simple people, simple minds, LEMMINGS. Got News...are you ******* kidding me. Do you know how much money this so called witness could make if he went to a real news source...it was about money right? So why wouldn't he go to the biggest bidder with his story? Do you know how quick real news sources would pick this story up if it were true...this is the type of story that makes a reporter....it doesn't just sit on the internet.

I'd wait on believing this story until someone who isn't getting paid for it confirms it.

It seems if thousands of people were paid to vote, someone else would be able to confirm it, right?

Nothing about this story sounds the slightest bit believable.

No, you may think you destroyed me...hell, I don't even remember discussing it with you. I have posted many an example...you need to LOOK. I am not wasting my time trying to describe sound to a deaf person. JUST LOOK AT YOUR FELLOW TEAPERS AND SEE THE NONSENSE THEY SPEW.

Destroy me...wtf you talking about fat boy. When you take off your ear muffs, come talk to me. Until that point, STFU, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Isn't anybody surprised this act of liberal journalism occurred after the election? Set Thad up for the win and then cut his throat afterwards.

Nobody thought Republicans would win their supreme court case either. These allegations are heavy. Got news might not be the most reputable source, but they were the first one to break the news. They, and the pastor involved are making these allegations under penalty of perjury. I seriously doubt they would try to do this to discredit Cochran on purpose.

Under the penalty of perjury...where do you get that?

I know I destroyed you. I challenged you repeatedly to back up your claims. Instead you spammed me with the @mention function to rather vague examples and pegged every racist remark you saw as a "racist teaper"

You need to STFU until you have a cogent argument, understand?

No, they're not. No one has been put under oath.

It's not "perjury" to lie to a newspaper.

Why would you be surprised that they would do this to discredit Cochran on purpose? Got News is a right-wing "tea party" site, and the "Reverend" was paid by Got News for the "story" - a "story" which sounds as perfectly fabricated as possible to be red meat for the base.

Use some critical thinking. If this "Reverend" had any credibility at all, don't you think another media outlet would have bought his story first? Do you think "Got News" was the first source he tried to sell it to?

Under the penalty of perjury...where do you get that?

If you make any criminal accusation against someone, and you are found out to have lied to law enforcement officials, you commit perjury.

No, that's not what perjury means.

Perjury is lying under oath.

They can be arrested for making false statements to police, Doc. If they have already reported this to law enforcement officials, they can under penalty of law be fined or imprisoned for making false statements to law enforcement officials. Seriously.

As far as any of us know, they haven't made any statements to the police at all.

No, that is not true. Perjury is a crime that is committed when you are under oath in a court of law. You can't get charged with perjury for lying to the police. You can get charged with filing a false police report...but they aren't really filing a police report...they are asking police to investigate a situation. If someone lies to the police during that investigation, then there are numerous charges that can be filed against them but they usually are not because the police perform an investigation to find the truth. One person's version of the truth is not necessarily a lie and if so, is difficult to prove so it is rare any charges are filed.

Hence the word "if," Doc.
