BREAKING: Supreme Court says US must aid in return of man deported by mistake

I'm just telling you what the dudes lawyer has said more than one time... if that's not good enough for you I can't help you... but he has married an American born woman... so why hasn't he applied for a green card?... that's easy to answer... its because he is a gang member and had a deportation order... but you want him to stay... unbelievable man... it really is...

You have provided no citation for you’re claims where I have provided links to motions by his attorney send sworn documents saying the exact opposite of what you claim.

So you are mistaken in what you “heard” or are making it up.

So who is more believable. Cited court documents or someone that makes stuff up.

Let me think on that.

In interviews... you guys really suffer from shorted information... its like you live in a different world only to hear what suits you...
The guy is illegal... he was with other MS13 gang members when he was arrested by ICE... why are you defending him?... because lib media says you should?...
Just because he was with some gang members does not mean he is a member. And for that matter, how do we know the people he was with were actually game members. Guilt by association might be enough for ICE by not a US court.

That's of course what the lawyer would say now... once again for you real slow... he was arrested with MS13 Gang members... he is a gang member... so just fucking stop playing public defender for this prick... he is here illegally and his friends are all gangsters... so just knock it off...
He will end up getting sent home...
This is the end of this conversation... got it???

Just to be clear, I could give a rat fart if Abrego Garcia is found to be a gang member as part of his Due Process, and ordered to be deported.

That IS NOT the issue. The issue is denying Due Process and for the ability to present contrary evidence to the governemnts claim and have the evidence for and against reviewed by the judge.

If the Judge says deport him, I'm fine with that.

I'm NOT fine with violating the Constitution, sweeping people up in the dead of night, shipping them off to a 3rd world country to be held as US prisoners (the US is paying for their detainment, so ya they are US prisoners).

Just bring him back, keep him in confinement in the US so he has access to the courts, and let the process move forward.

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." This quote highlights the potential dangers of prioritizing security over freedom, suggesting that such a tradeoff could lead to the loss of both." ~~ Benjamin Franklin.

For the bumper sticker crowd, the ends do not justify the means.

Its so disheartening that so many people in our society defend murderers and drug dealers and illegal aliens... its as if your common sense has gone missing... hang your head in shame... because you are shameful...

What is disheartinging to true patriots are people in our society that would wipe there ass with the Constitution because the ends justify the means.

If he's rapist or murderer - DON'T deport him. Charge him, put him on trial, convict him, and send him to prison for a very long time. When (or if) he's ever released for rape, murder, and drug dealing - then deport him.

If he is here illegally and not a rapist, murder or drug dealer (or other form of criminal). Deport him in accordance with the law (in this case 8 USC 1231).

So you can take your "defend" comments and stuff them.

I swore an oath the the Constitution close to 50 years ago, an oath as valid today as the day I made it. There was no time limit.

You know what's funny.

Centuries ago the law existed as the law of the King. The laws weren't in place to control the King. The law was in place top control the masses.

About 250 years ago a small, fledling country emerged that flipped that concept on it's head. That being the law was there to protect the people and control the rulers to prevent the emergence of a despot.

How soon we forget WHY we have the rule of law in this country.

You are defending them, because there is plenty of injustice in the world, that is real and indusputably injust. Much worse things happen to far more innocent people.

Yet, who do you focus on?

This one illegal alien who is a verified member of a criminal gang, with whom those working hard to rid the country of the violent criminals invited in by the previous administration made an administrative error.

Your intent may not be to defend the terrorist gang member, but that is what you are doing in your blind desire to "pwn Trump."

That's a lie. I defending Due Process. If they've committed crimes, send them to prision.

He's not a verified member of a gang.

The governemnt claims he is. Now bring him to court present the evidencec and allow for counter evidence and let the judge decide. I'm good with either call.

Because Trump is FUCKING WRONG to ignore the law that the Constitution requires he faithfully follow.

I would NEVER want the Constitution to apply to illegal invaders.

Its even better if he isnt a gang member. He will serve as an example for other non-gang member illegals. If you sneak into our country, you might end up in the worlds worst prison.

Nope.

You never objected when Jan 6 protesters were denied due process. You simply denied that it happened.

Done.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, however, alleged that he was a certified gang member based on information that came from a confidential informant used by county police, records state.

According to Abrego Garcia’s attorneys in his current case, the criminal informant had alleged that Abrego Garcia belonged to an MS-13 chapter in New York, where he has never lived.

The information was enough for an immigration judge in 2019 to keep Abrego Garcia in jail as his immigration case continued, court records state. The judge said the informant was proven and reliable and had verified his gang membership and rank.

Because Trump is FUCKING WRONG to ignore the law that the Constitution requires he faithfully follow.

WW
BIden was FUCKING WRONG to allow a flood if illegals including the ones that rape-murdered Laken Riley and Jocylen Nungaray and you never said a word against it.

You're not a seeker of justice, you are a partisan advocate.

Sec. of State Marco Rubio today CONFIRMED: 10 more MS-13 and Tren de Aragua members arrived in El Salvador last night to be put in prison.

Guilt by association. He was arrested with gang members so he must gang member.

I don't know of any one that defends murderers but I know of a lot of people who defend those accused of murder. There is a difference.

If it bothers you, there are places in the world where being accused and being guilty are one and the same but I doubt you want to be there.
