What is disheartinging to true patriots are people in our society that would wipe there ass with the Constitution because the ends justify the means.

If he's rapist or murderer - DON'T deport him. Charge him, put him on trial, convict him, and send him to prison for a very long time. When (or if) he's ever released for rape, murder, and drug dealing - then deport him.

If he is here illegally and not a rapist, murder or drug dealer (or other form of criminal). Deport him in accordance with the law (in this case 8 USC 1231).

So you can take your "defend" comments and stuff them.

Centuries ago the law existed as the law of the King. The laws weren't in place to control the King. The law was in place top control the masses.

About 250 years ago a small, fledling country emerged that flipped that concept on it's head. That being the law was there to protect the people and control the rulers to prevent the emergence of a despot.

How soon we forget WHY we have the rule of law in this country.

I don't know of any one that defends murderers but I know of a lot of people who defend those accused of murder. There is a difference.

If it bothers you, there are places in the world where being accused and being guilty are one and the same but I doubt you want to be there.

We aren't a jury and can have opinions on guilt or innocence and when you are arrested with gang members that's enough for me to make an opinion... he is not even supposed to be here...

Noone wanted him to be sent back, silly one! Not democrats or republicans....he was the cutest little thing! It went through the court...

The way it ended up being done, was just awful...and a very big deal and full of criticism and outrage by the public.... Clinton and Admin was not spared from it!!! So what is your point?
