Essentially, they said the US must aid in the return of a man whom was deported "by mistake" back to the US. Yes, Trump made a mistake here. Yes, the Supreme Court nailed it.

They can't return him because the US is paying El Salvador to keep him. According to the VP in EL Salvador any such discussion needs to be directed to the US government.

Although Garcia is not a US citizen, a US immigration judge issued an order protecting him from deportation until his case was heard. Of course that was before Trump nullified immigration laws and the constitution.

Personally, I think Garcia was foolish to believe that the immigration system would every hear his case for asylum. Instead they turned the tables on him, claiming he was a leader of a criminal gang, the very thing he escape from in El Salvador and was partitioning the US for asylum. What and idiot he was to have faith in America.

If he had just read the new revised inscription on the Statute of Liberty, "Give me your tired and your poor who can stand on their own two feet and who will not become a public charge,” then he would certainly understand the America he was petitioning no longer existed.

He has never been convicted of a crime in El Salvador or the US, yet the the Trump administration keeps calling him a criminal over and over as if their claim would make it so. What they are doing is trying to cover up a terrible misstate. He is not an officer nor even a member of R14. ICE's claims about him are based on two interviews by local local police. The interviews were contradictive, were double here say, and the prosecution could not present testimony to validity the interviews. Thus judge threw evidence out.

Rubio with no evidence other than the ICE claim he was R14 labeled him a terrorist.

If he is not already dead, the very gang he refused to pay tribute to and refused join in El Salvador is well represent in the prison and will certainly see to it that he never leaves there alive. Deaths are not investigated. Visitors are not allow and graves are unmarked. He will never leave there alive or dead. The only way he will get out is if the US government pays for his release.
