After the hearing some time ago, he was grant right to stay in the US. The Trump administration ignore that and deported him because they claimed he was a member of a criminal gang. Less than half the Encounters at the border were let in to the country. After screening, less than 50% were accepted as asylum seekers or parolees, and let in.....the rest of the encounters at the border were rejected and deported.
