BREAKING: Supreme Court says US must aid in return of man deported by mistake

Just crossed the wire.

Essentially, they said the US must aid in the return of a man whom was deported "by mistake" back to the US. Yes, Trump made a mistake here. Yes, the Supreme Court nailed it.

If you have links post them below.
Sometimes you just try so hard but can't accomplish something.

Yeah, because what Trump and his Regime are doing is highly illegal aka unconstitutional.

Ummm - The SCOTUS just confirmed the lower court ruling in that the government needs to return Abrego Garcia.

They also said, that those who the government was attempting to deport had to be afforded Due Process under condition defined in the law by Congress.

Just like all that "due process" that flew around on J6 and afterward.

He is not and his home country try is El Salvador
He is not what?... its been verified he is an MS13 member... A high ranking member and you don't get there without having killed before... and you are defending this trash?... I guess you like his kind of real crime but hate Trump's fake crimes... TDS has a hold on you pal...

you need to understand this
Sodomy may also mean any non-procreative sexual activity (including manual sex).
Manual sex (sometimes called manual intercourse)involves the use of one's hands or fingers to stimulate the genitals of another person. Sodomy includes manual sex
In the historical context you are correct, but in modern terms it just describes anal sex.
"However, in modern legal contexts, the definition has become more specific, often referring to certain types of sexual acts like anal sex."

Psst - "encounters" includes those at the border that were returned and never entered the country.
Thank you for confirming what I said. Using your number 11 million to 17 million are those that came in during the Biden Administration. It includes the baseline present during Bush, Bush, Obama, Obama, and Trump administration.
11 - 17 Million ARE NOT illegals that entered during the Biden administration, the vast majority were ALREADY HERE. WW
We're getting the definition of "encounter" mixed up with "let into the US". Under Biden "encounters" meant let into the US because of Biden's open border policy. Then add 1m flown in via the CBP app, and 2m "gotaways" and you get to about 12,000,000 illegals let into the US under Biden.

Here is what google said:
"Since President Biden took office in January 2021, there have been over 10 million encounters with migrants at the U.S. southern border, which includes both illegal entries and attempts to enter legally. However, this number does not account for individuals who may have crossed undetected."

"Aid in the return"? What does that mean? Did he get amnesty from the Biden administration? The guy was in the U.S. illegally and any civilized country in the world would have deported him. In uncivilized countries like N.K. he'd be doing ten years hard labor.

We tried back in 2018/19 or were going to try to.... but he proved in Court that his life could or would be taken, if he were sent back to El Salvador....so A Judge Ruled and gave a Court Order that he should permanently remain in the U.S., and not be sent back to El Salvador.

The Trump administration admits that they made a mistake, (broke the law) by sending him there.

yes, I think the Trump admin should do its best to get him back, and find another country that is willing to take him.

One more reason Trump should declare Martial Law if he’s serious about eradicating the brown cockroaches.

please support why the earlier judge was incorrect in ordering the removal.

The earlier judge DIDN'T order removal. The earlier Judge denied the Aslyum claim and put deportation on hold.

You said: "A different judge ordered removal."

Here is the link and image supporting what I said, you said a judge ordered removal.

.
Now it's your turn, what judge after this 10/10/2019 decision reversed the hold and ordered removal?

I'm open to reviewing the court document you will provide.

If there were 10-12 Million during the Trump Administration and 13-15 Million at the end of the Biden Administration.

Now hear me out.

There is no way in hell that 12,000,000 came in during the Biden Administration because that would mean would have 22-24 Million - which we don't.

Math and logic are pretty straightforward.

The judge didn't order that he could permanently remain. The judge denied asylum, and then put a hold on deportation to El Salvador.

The Trump Administration could have deported him. They just had to go to a 3rd party country, have them agree to take him, go back to the Judge and get the hold lift. (See 8 USC 1231)
