BREAKING: Supreme Court says US must aid in return of man deported by mistake

That’s nonsense. These are Federal judges.

Are you saying that conservative rulings by conservative judges only affect those districts? Of course you aren’t
DISTRICT JUDGES only rule in THEIR districts:

In a 5-4 decision, the majority also permitted the administration to enforce the Alien Enemies Act of 1789, a wartime authority that allows the president to remove citizens of a hostile nation, to deport alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang to El Salvador. The majority blocked the order issued by D.C. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg because the case was brought in the wrong venue, but stressed that detainees are still entitled to judicial review.

You are missing the point. flail your pom poms for the millions of imported illegals you cheered for.

This is all about due process. an illegal had a phony asylum claim denied.

Your cry corner is over there ------>
Hollie I never cheered.
You elected a gifting sodomizer felon

Yeah but they also told the judge to clarify his order and not to encroach on presidential authority.
The government needs to confirm if El Salvador has any crimes Garcia committed and wants to keep him.
Its NOT a clear cut decision.

Do you want me to prove you wrong again on which hole she said she was "sexually abused" in?
let me remind you.... :smoochEE:

Sodomy (/ˈsɒdəmi/), also called buggery in British English, generally refers to either anal sex (but occasionally also oral sex) between people, or any sexual activity between a human and another animal (bestiality). It may also mean any non-procreative sexual activity (including manual sex).

Manual sex (sometimes called manual intercourse)involves the use of one's hands or fingers to stimulate the genitals of another person.

Bullshit. The USSC just said that lower courts could NOT encroach on presidential authority.

Ummm - The SCOTUS just confirmed the lower court ruling in that the government needs to return Abrego Garcia.

They also said, that those who the government was attempting to deport had to be afforded Due Process under condition defined in the law by Congress.

Just crossed the wire.

Essentially, they said the US must aid in the return of a man whom was deported "by mistake" back to the US. Yes, Trump made a mistake here. Yes, the Supreme Court nailed it.

If you have links post them below.
Sure but if El Salvador says no, then what? The man is a Salvadorian citizen we dont have any jurisdiction over him or the El Salvadorian government regarding this issue.

1. The AEA specifically precludes "judicial review"
2. The district judge has no authority outside his district

The SCOTUS just ruled that the lower courts that even under the AEA that persons were entitled to habeas corpus challenges to determine if they were members of the class subject to the AEA proclamation.

That is "judicial review", the government has to prove that the AEA order applies to the individual.

Wrong again. Like last time. In AMERICA
...sodomy laws, have been used to target against sexual activities between individuals of the same sex

True, gut the USSC also said that the case was filed in the wrong district, and that the district courts could not infringe on presidential authority. So it was not as simple as "bring him back".
It was "clarify the order in the correct district, and don't infringe on presidential authority".
