The SAVE Act – which requires proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections – passed the House 221-198 on Wednesday.
Nearly every Democrat lawmaker voted to protect the ability of illegals to vote in federal elections.
This is after Joe Biden flooded the US with more than 15 million illegal aliens.
The White House issued a statement on Monday, condemning a House Republicans’ bill requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections.
The bill amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require voters to show documentary proof of United States citizenship. Under current law, states can only require proof of citizenship to register to vote in local and state elections.

The bill is likely dead on arrival in the Senate and Joe Biden would veto the measure.

Ultimately, the reason Democrats oppose these things is requiring an extra step to vote is today's version of a poll tax, and not all Americans can get the necessary documents together to exercise their right, especially the poorest Americans.

Republican disguise these restrictions by saying it is to keep "illegals" from voting, in which they never have anyway, and the idea is to make it a burden on the disadvantaged, who don't vote Republican.

Guess these people don't drive, bank, rent, get utilities, buy alcohol, along with 100's of other things you need ID for.

These seats are apportioned according to population but capped at 435. In the 2020 census, many small states gained seats and CA lost some seats. The current exodus from blue state shitholes needs to be answered. To maintain the status quo, those expats have to be replaced. Enter ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Apportionment doesn't care if those residents are legal or not to allot more reps and electors in the electoral college. The democrats are effectively changing the one man/one vote paradigm by manipulating apportionment with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
