According to Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution only Congress has the power to levy tariffs.

Only congress can tax. It’s as clear as your right to free speech.

Tarrifs are a tax on the US consumers.

This is the largest tax increase in America for 25 years...

Congress is the ones who set Taxes...

Trump brought in these tarrifs by trying to say that US is in an Emergency... No one is buying the Emergency.

Trump can have his tax increase, just has to get Congress and Senate approval...

It's a tax... IRS don't impose all taxes, Customs do as well... It is an import tax which is paid by the importer, this gets paid directly or passed to the customer
