The 14th Amendment does not stipulate that the parents of someone born on US soil must be US citizens for that child to be a natural born citizen. Thus, your sentence-final prepositional phrase adds inaccurate and misleading information which renders your statement incorrect as a whole.
Bullshit. The 14th Amendment doesn't say anything about who is a natural born citizen. You are displaying your ignorance of US history.

Your reasoning is flawed because the 14th amendment doesn't say anything about the subject. You are showing your ignorance of US history.
We learned what the term "natural born citizen" meant and where it came from way back in 9th grade American history class. Either your history teacher sucked, you were just an awful student or didn't learn anything about the subject for some other reason. One can only speculate about you never learned anything about the U.S. Constitution.
