Bravo Netanyahu On Meet The Press

Israeli's celebrate LIFE. Palestinians celebrate DEATH. Why not give both sides what they want & LET THERE BE PEACE ALREADY?

"You must spread some reputation around some more before you give it to MJB12741"

Yes, stop the hate, start the Peace.

That's better PBel. Good little boy. You are learning. IDF Crusty I like. But don't you dare ever call me of all people a ZIONIST again.

Well join the IDF Krusty and pass out nylons to the troops...

Don't you mean Zieg Heil?

<spit>
but you would think that

No I meant what I typed

<spit&spat> was it the normal Phalangist Salute to Fascism?

You really are hung up on the fact that I had friends that were phalangists but not of my friends among the other 90+ parties that now make up the March 8 or March 14 groups or friends who belong to one of the palestinian groups.

I don't know about you but I don't pick my friends on their political belief.

You're correct, I choose not to associate with known Fascist followers like the Phalangists...

Most of my friends were my friends long before they belonged to any political party. They don't stop being my friends because I may not have agreed with their parties politics.
If all you know of them is that they were based on the spanish nationalists, you have not bothered to find out much. In a country where almost everyone from outside had their fingers trying to manipulate everything within Lebanon, being nationalistic was protecting the country, it's history and it's composition. The organization and discipline exhibited at the '36 games was impressive to so many after the collapse of empires and identities at the end of WWI.
I think life would be very dull if we only associated with a single religion, a single political belief, a single racial type, from a single location. I don't exclude or hate people because they are different, I enjoy the diversity.

Just curious PBel, why were Palestinian terrorists in the bunkers of Sabra & Shatila in Lebanon to begin with? Were they there on a peace mission with the phalangists?

I'm not so curious, you don't slaughter women and children or un-armed civilians, what ever the reasoning...The Butcher, may he rot in Hell, Sharon was reprimanded for allowing the Lebanese Phalange do the killing...

Come on MJ, even a Krusty right wing Zionist like you wouldn't condone killing innocents would you?

Maybe you would?

The day Bibi enlisted in the IDF.

And his brother (MHRIP) Yonatan (Yoni) who died fighting terrorism during Operation Entebbe in Uganda.

The PLO was ousted from Jordan after the Jordanian–Palestinian civil war. The Palestinian military organizations then made South Lebanon its headquarters and enlisted militants from Palestinian refugee camps. South Lebanon was also referred to as Fatahland, due to the almost complete control of Fatah and other military Palestinian organizations over this officially Lebanese area, which they used to stage attacks against Israel, mainly targeting civilians, and to engage in international aircraft hijacking campaigns.

President Idi Amin allowed several more Palestinians to join the original hijackers.[32] Hostage accounts given after the raid testified that the hijackers kept both Jews and Israelis hostages.[20] However, in 2011, one former hostage has claimed that non-Israelis, including Jews, were allowed to leave.[21] When Israeli authorities failed to negotiate a political solution, they decided the only option was an attack to rescue the hostages.

Sadly, selfless heroes like Yoni Netanyaho are rare today in Israel. He was a unique person, and his memory an everlasting tourch, a beacon, in Israel's history

He sacrificed his life to save dozens of Jews, and generations are still in debt to keep this country in his memory

It was indeed a different time Lipush. I remember '73 well. It changed me forever. I seldom even want to talk about it anymore. What will be, will be.

The times changed Bibi and Yoni too. 1976 changed Bibi again. When Yoni was taken away in this fight.

But then it's been our fighters and not our doves who made a peace with Egypt and Jordan.

Sharon did not agree to Hobeika's men entering the camps for a massacre but to round up the remaining fighters and take them to the sports stadium. 200 enter the camps of more than 20,000 palestinians, engage in battle mostly around the gaza hospital that was heavily fortified, final death toll 460 over two days. Of the 35 women and children, most were rigged to be killed by their own, doors even baby mattresses were wired.
Enough weapons and ammo for several battalions were found in the camps.
Sharon might not have understood the complexities within the country, but then the Phalanges did not know Hobeika was getting his orders from Hardane or his role in the assassination of Bashir.
You want to blame Sharon, but what of the thousands in those camps that were killed by Syria and the Amal? You want to blind yourself to the responsibility of the palestinians and the brutality they waged on Lebanon? Of the massacres they carried out?
What happened came after more than seven years of blood war that ripped the country to shreds and that saw Arafat and most of PLO sail away to Tunisia, the same that Hussein kick out of Jordan for their attempted coup.
Phalangist might have acted to remove a threat to their country been it was Syria that was pulling the strings.

A Fascist Phalanges friends' tale trying to justify the murder of innocents. Tell us Madame Phalange, if the 20,000 Palestinians had arms as you say, how did a mere 200 hundred Phalange manage a slaughter?

You are full of Cow Manure.
