The Tomahawk was not intended as a war weapon, but for cutting down trees.
A spear, bow/arrows, etc., is much better for war, but all the natives had to have a tomahawk, in order to survive.

Enough of the 'woke' bullshit.

Unless you are a native American, as I am, you should just STFU about whether this is offensive or not. No team ever picks a mascot that sucks, is weak, or to insult / mock.

Teams pick fierce, strong, etc...mascots. Only a Democrat or a snowflake would think a team choosing an Indian would be an insult.

The idea that this was an insult had to have been thought up by some white liberal Democrat sitting around trying to come up with a list of things to be offended by.

In this country we have many Constitutional Rights. The 'right' NOT to be offended is NOT one of them. Sack up, snowflakes.
