Thomas Sowell wrote about them in his book "The Conflict of Visions".

They inherently think they can control large systems and account for unintended consequences. This has NEVER worked out for them.

Look at SS. What a great idea (and I understand why it was needed at the time). What a bust it has become and will be going forward.

It's like "Democratic socialism". You vote in socialism with the wild idea that if you decide you don't like it, you can democratically just vote it back out. They seem to have no clue that once you have socialism you can't vote it back out.

Look at some of the countries who have elections, Russia and Venezuela, just to name two. If you don't like what you've got for government or the leaders, you just vote them back out. LOL.

Does that really surprise you? Do you know that her state is smaller than Hawaii? I bet there could be cattle ranchers out west who own more area of land than her state. Massachusetts is nothing but an elitist, snobbish, overcrowded, overtaxed state for idiots who can only survive by surrounding themselves in a conclave of other like-minded people.


I hope her moron constituents feel the same way and understand the ramifications. Understand 2 things:

1. Massachusetts isn't often hit with calamities like hurricanes, floods or earthquakes, so she might get away with not needing the fed a lot.
2. When the USA was ratified, it was done so in two parts, both the individualized states were ratified as sovereign entities, but also with the blanket envelop of a federal state which helped protect it and lend it assistance under certain circumstances.

Put simply, it is a necessary part of her job to deal with and rely on the Fed. Now of course, she can go her route of giving Trump the finger then suing him in court trying to force him to render aid when needed, but the far easier way of getting far more and better aid is to maintain an amicable relationship with the Fed.

Trump is actually a pretty fair and reasonable guy if you simple treat him fairly and reasonably as well! But then, there is that one small issue standing in Wu's way--- her

At some point, she'll need Trump, then her state will spend millions battling with Trump to get half of what she simply could have had by being nice and reasonable.

But these are democrats, and they are never very nice nor reasonable people.
