Sounds like when Bush allowed the Bid Laden family to flee the country. This guy set off the bomb and wasn't able to get away quick enough and got hit by his own bomb. Then some AMERICAN heros tackled the coward as he was fleeing. Yet the police are fearful of the PC police and their douche bag ACLU lawyers!

This scumbag better not get away!

Released Saudi man member of al-Qaida clan?
The Saudi national questioned by police in the investigation into the Boston Marathon attack shares the same last name as a major Saudi clan that includes scores of al-Qaida operatives.

Some in the clan are senior al-Qaida members while others are reportedly being held by the U.S. in the Guantanamo Bay detention camp in Cuba.

SafeStepTub.com/Free-EstimatesTwo Saudi nationals were reportedly injured in the bombings in Boston, with one, 20-year-old foreign student Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, initially put under armed guard at a hospital. Alharbi is reportedly studying in the U.S. on a student visa.

A large group of federal and state law enforcement agents reportedly raided Alharbi’s apartment in Revere, Mass.

CNN reported the search took place by consent, according to a federal law enforcement source, meaning no search warrant was needed

Now the Saudi embassy in Washington has said Alharbi was no longer under detention and is not a suspect in the bomb blasts.

Saudi diplomat Azzam bin Abdel Karim reportedly visited Alharbi in the hospital.

Nail Al-Jubeir, a spokesman for the Saudi mission in Washington, stated that U.S. authorities told the embassy “no Saudi national was a suspect in the Boston Marathon attack and that the Saudi national in question was a witness, not a suspect.”

While it is not clear whether the Alharbi questioned as part of the marathon probe is a member of the well-known Saudi clan, his Facebook page, reviewed by WND, lists him as Facebook friends with at least seven other Alharbis, located in both Boston and in Saudi Arabia.

ghook is simply crazy.

And you are a leftist coward. You are more afraid of offending a Muslim, then you are at calling a spade a spade.

And is it crazy to point to the fact the guy they caught has Al Qaeda ties!

....'Cause The NY Post said so, right???

This thread is utterly retarded. A wnd article that's using two day old information from the initial panic the NY Post (Fox owners) was trying to spread? The Saudi has already been cleared and was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Each clan/tribe in Saudi Arabia has tens of thousand of members with the same last name.

It's like saying since Timothy McVeigh was a terrorist.

Every person in America that has the last name McVeigh should be considered a terrorist. .

Problem here is that there are two of the usual suspects. Islamist radicals and far right lunatics. And the far right group here is afraid it is one of their own.

At the present, with the information I have seen, there is nothing pointing to either group, and, until there is, it is simply wrong to make assumptions based on ones political background.

This may be the funniest thing I ever read. People that desperate for clicks should be shot.

Yes, veeerrrryy suspicious.

For all we know, it could have been a left wing PETA member. Until they get it figured out, there is no point jumping to conclusions.

Not true. Right wing fringe groups are not that same as conservatives or the Republican party. In fact the fringe groups hate the conservative movement and Republicans.

You are a moron. Since you think he WASNT a suspect do tell then WHY they focused on him and went all through his belongings? Because he wasIinteresting? They likes his eye color? Perhaps they just wanted to sniff his underwear?[/QUOTE]

We have no information as to what the "focus" of the investigation is, or how seriously he was considered a suspect.

This is what we do know:

He was tackled by some passerby for the crime of Running While Arab Near a Bomb - then cooperated fully with police, including giving them permission to search his house.

He has been cleared completely by the FBI and the Boston PD.

I'm wondering why the other all the other "Boston Bombing Suspect" threads have been moved to current events, but this one has not?
