Bondi fires 18 immigration judges

It is far more dishonest to deport millions of productive Americans who have lived in the US for decades with few or no legal avenues to regularize their status.
They're not Americans.
It is patently unjust to blame people for being undocumented when the system itself is broken or intentionally restrictive against migrants without white skins.
Skin color has nothing to do with legal immigration. These folks you're defending are illegal invaders who have scoffed at our laws. They need to be deported. The color of their skin has nothing to do with it and you know it.

US citizens with brown skins would have neither.
How do ICE cowboys distinguish legal brown skins from illegal brown skins?
US citizens don’t need to have either.

Same way they distinguish between white skin illegals and citizens

It’s amazingly bigoted and racist if you to assume only brown skin folks are coming here illegally.

Which legal documents could a brown-skinned US citizen provide to ICE to establish his/her legal status?

We seriously need to get past this mentality that if you break the law long enough without getting caught, then it doesn't count any more. Certainly those 'productive' migrants who have been here for a a long time and who have not broken any additional laws should be able to go home and apply fo work visas to come back. But they should not be allowed to overstay those visas and they should be required to have them in order to be here.

Anybody who refuses to return to their home country and have to be deported should have no right of return by ANY means.

Birth certificate, social security card, drivers license…the possibilities are endless
ICE would have no way of knowing which of those documents you mentioned (especially drivers licenses) were valid and which were counterfeit.

How many US citizens carry their SS card (something SS strongly discourages) or birth certificates?

How does ICE determine which Americans to confront regarding their citizenship status without resorting to racial profiling?

If my status were ever questioned I could easily verify that I am a citizen

Why wouldn’t they?

And I am sure that illegals are using a lot of counterfeit things.

Not sure how many do.

When ICE does raids at businesses they confront everyone

REAL ID.

Again, race has nothing to do with illegal immigration. There are Caucasian and Asian illegal immigrants as well as others.

Deporting every undocumented immigrant would be logistically impossible, politically unpopular, and cost hundreds of billions of dollars.

The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

They have previously stated they know who their target is. If others choose to interfere, then they open the door.
Sounds like racial profiling.

It would be simpler to discontinue US military interventions, trade agreements, and support for right-wing dictators that make illegal immigration attractive to poor Latin Americans and others.
