There are 23 jurors and 50% plus have to vote to indict...so 12 of the 23 in order for indictments to go forward.

When they vote on indictment(s), each indictment will have the NY STATE STATUTE listed that the target may have likely broken.

The grand jury does NOT find guilt or innocence. Their job is to determine if the target basically, could have likely broken that law.....without much ...if any, due process given to the target.

The trial, will give the defendant discovery, witness calling, cross examination and his
Due Process overall.

Two pieces of evidence are shown to the grand jury which totally destroy the AG's case and they still hope. The fact that the Grand Jury asked for the remaining 600 pages of documents from Bragg, means they know they were being sand bagged as suckers.

I am in Awe that the presiding judge over this jury case has not thrown the case out. The withholding of exculpatory evidence from the grand jury is a disbarment level offense and may even be grounds for criminal indictment.
