Blackburn demands investigation into Justice Jackson over Grammy appearance applauding anti-ICE rhetoric

Applied by you of course. To the ones you don't like. Make sure to give Clarence Thomas a pass.

What Justice Jackson does can in no way be blamed on or excused by anyone else.

You mean the kids who were the valedictorians of their school and might have graduated summa cum laude if Harvard admissions hadn't put their thumb on the scale for Jackson? Those poor kids?
How do you know that race is the only reason Jackson got into Harvard?

I excused her. She was there because she was a Grammy nominee. If she clapped for a speaker that you don't like, tough nougies.

I was going to bring that up too. There are about 10,000 high schools in America, which means there are 10,000 valedictorians. Harvard rejects 98% of them - ESPECIALLY if they are white. The odds are that any of these rejected valedictorians would have graduated summa cum laude.

Harvard rejected better qualified whites in order to meet the “black quota.”

What should race be ANY part of the reason? That’s racist, and only racists are OK with it.🪞
I’ll ask again, how do you know race is the only reason she got in?

You very well may, and so what? :auiqs.jpg:
It's not like I suggested you were any kind of stellar example of what should be considered proper conduct from a Supreme Court Justice.

All you have talked about is what one person may "like" or another, and "like" doesn't have a damn thing to do with the proper interpretation of the law.

Me? Proper conduct? Homie don't play dat.

What law was she interpreting at the Grammys?

And I’ll say again: I never said race was the ONLY reason. The fact that it was PART of the reason is RACIST.

AND YOU SUPPORT THESE RACIST PRACTICES.

Have you actually read my comments on what I suggested could be done in regard to handling the situation with Justice Jackson?
Or are you just going to keep asking me stupid questions and thinking you are getting somewhere? :auiqs.jpg:

So you think Jackson would have gotten into Harvard if she were white?

I read them now from your link. Pablum overload. Plus, I don't have to get anywhere. You're the one pushing her removal, which is not going to happen.

Stop lying. I never said that race was the only reason. It wasn't the only reason. But it was one of the reasons and that's racist.

How do you know that a "poor white kid" wouldn't have graduated summa cum laude if Harvard hadn't favored blacks?

Class rank is a very poor measure of academic strength, especially when comparing across widely different geography.

By your logic, no one should get into Harvard unless they were ranked first in their class.

(I have no idea where you heard what her high school class rank was anyway, you could be making it up for all I know)
No, but there’s an obvious reason why 99% of white valedictorians are rejected when a black applicant 20 spots down gets in. Harvard makes no secret of the fact that they have lower standards for blacks.

He does that all the time. Argues against a comment you never claimed.

You obviously didn't read them if you think they in the least bit indicated I was pressing for her removal.

Or you have some serious problems with comprehension, because I specifically stated the exact opposite, and precisely because attempts to do so would just amount to political nonsense, which again seems to be all you have to offer. :auiqs.jpg:

You’re just making up numbers.

Being valedictorian at some random school does not automatically make you a better student than someone who isn’t.

By your logic, no one should get into Harvard unless they were a valedictorian and that’s just a stupid idea.

He seems like a dishonest poster.

He will never tell you what he thinks. Instead he constructs a strawman, which he then expects you defend as if you built it and not him.

You did say that impeachment would lead to "political overload". It would.
