Blackburn demands investigation into Justice Jackson over Grammy appearance applauding anti-ICE rhetoric

Superbro automatically defends someone who is doing awful things if he or she is black.

Remember the black high school kid who stabbed to death a white kid on the bleachers? He defended him!
Yea I have to speak up against racist like you. Tell us some of the awful things she has done.

So saying that he should be allowed the same legal rights that white folks have is now considered defending him. Didn't you defend the white kid that stabbed the Hispanic kid to death.

Didn’t Jackson say in one of her briefs that she didn’t bother reading the detail of the relevant law because that stuff is boring? And she wrote on par with a high school senior!
Really? Can you post a link to that, not that I don't believe you.

Justice Jackson did not say that in those words but did allude to it in her comments referring to "pure textualism" (which means reading and interpreting the law as written).

If you care to better understand the issue, or recognize how one of our Supreme Court Justices got into an argument with another Justice on the bench, suggesting that you can ignore the words in the law if it does not suit what would like to represent as the intent, and that she was willing to do so, then you might want to review what happened on the floor in our Supreme Court during Stanley v City of Sanford.

She is supporting anti-American activity.

That was self-defense. As far as the black murderer, you didn’t ask for legal rights - you made EXCUSES for him.

Isn't that what conservative justices have done for Trump.

What Justice Jackson said in court and in regard to her intentions has absolutely nothing to do with President Trump.
Inform yourself and you won't just be talking shit. :auiqs.jpg:

Sen. Marsha Blackburn questioned whether Jackson's attendance at event with anti-ICE rhetoric violates Supreme Court conduct rules.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., is urging U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to launch an investigation into Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson over her attendance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday amid anti-ICE rhetoric from celebrities and artists at the event.

Jackson was in attendance at this year's politically-charged event because of her nomination for narrating the audiobook version of her memoir, "Lovely One."

However, critics said Jackson clapped as various speakers criticized U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

OK, I'll bite. How is it "racist?"

She was something like 20th in her high school class and got into Harvard. In the meantime, there are 10,000 white valedictorians who get rejected.
20th out of 18? That’s all relative anyway.
The valedictorian at my wife’s school one year was one of the very few white students there and she had to go to PG Community College because she didn’t qualify for any major university.

If she were black, she would have gotten into every Ivy League college.

I know someone rejected from OKish schools because her high school record was barely above average. She then applied to a school just below Ivy (like Duke), claimed she was black because one of her great-grandfathers was black, and she got in.

I know it's hard for you to believe but the universe doesn't revolve around RACE, despite your absolute obsession with RACE.

So basically, they assume anyone who is black doesn’t deserve to get into Ivy League schools.

But they don’t want to be considered racists.

Blackburn is your typical right wing racist.

Justice Jackson has every right to denounce the fascist Trump regime.

Examples.

He was convicted, and Karmelo says he was defending himself, let him have his day in Court. What excuses did I make?

Jackson should be impeached for that bullshit.

She's showing clear bias.
