I was still living in Los Angeles back in the early '90s when people were rioting over the acquittal of the police officers who beat Rodney King in the State's case against them and the news stations were turning in their video coverage to law enforcement in order to identify the looters and other individuals involved in criminal activity. Were the black people who were rioting arrested & prosecuted? I would bet money that they were and probably contribute to those crime statistics you all like to quote all the time.
