Morgan Freeman say's:
"Despite years of Black History Februarys, many know little to nothing about the vast role played by Arab and Muslim slavers in the African slave trade. The practice began centuries before Europeans slavers bought and transported slaves out of Africa and continued well after European slavery ended".

During February, students K-12 are, of course, taught about slavery. But as with Hill, what many teachers seem not to emphasize is that slavery is as ancient as humankind and that it was practiced nearly everywhere. Economist Thomas Sowell writes: "More whites were brought as slaves to North Africa than blacks brought as slaves to the United States or to the 13 colonies from which it was formed. White slaves were still being bought and sold in the Ottoman Empire, decades after blacks were freed in the United States." This includes the huge role played by Arab-Muslim slavers.
As to the Arab-Muslim slave trade, Ghanaian professor and minister John Azumah helped set the record straight in "The Legacy of Arab-Islam in Africa." In an interview about his book, Azumah said the following:
"While two out of every three slaves shipped across the Atlantic were men, the proportions were reversed in the Islamic slave trade. Two women for every man were enslaved by the Muslims.
"While the mortality rate of the slaves being transported across the Atlantic was as high as 10%, the percentage of the slaves dying in transit in the Tran-Saharan and East African slave market was a staggering 80 to 90%.
"While almost all the slaves shipped across the Atlantic were for agricultural work, most of the slaves destined for the Muslim Middle East were for sexual exploitation as concubines in harems and for military service.
"While many children were born to the slaves in the Americas, the millions of their descendants are citizens in Brazil and the United States today. Very few descendants of the slaves who ended up in the Middle East survived.
"While most slaves who went to the Americas could marry and have families, most of the male slaves destined for the Middle East were castrated, and most of the children born to the women were killed at birth.
"It is estimated that possibly as many as 11 million Africans were transported across the Atlantic, 95% of which went to South and Central America, mainly to Portuguese, Spanish and French possessions; only 5% of the slaves ended up in what we call the United States today.
"However, a minimum of 28 million Africans were enslaved in the Muslim Middle East. Since at least 80% of those captured by the Muslim slave traders were calculated to have died before reaching the slave markets, it is believed that the death toll from 1,400 years of Arab and Muslim slave raids into Africa could have been as high as 112 million."

Comment:
On several occasions I have noted that long before the British shipped african slaves to the American Colonies, slavery existed in the Middle East and Africa, The perpetrators of slavery were
Muslims and the rulers of the Ottoman Empire. Today is no different when you read about Boko Haram raiding towns and villages killing the men and selling the women as slaves, or ISIS doing the same to Yazidies and Christians.
The Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Left acts like the US Government invented the concept of slavery in 1619 and persisted in the slave trade until 1865 at which point slavery on Earth ended and was replaced, by Democrat imposition of Jim Crow on the US government and it's citizens. Slavery is older than history. The fact is that the US government consistently tried to reduce slavery in our territories. Jim Crow is strictly a Democrat thing.
Slavery persists today, but it does so outside the US, with slave owners being almost exclusively dark skinned and Muslim.
Wherever the believers of Islam have gone since their inception by Mohammad they taken slaves, burned libraries, destroyed historical sites and disrupted trade. All across North Africa there are ruins because the Muslim hordes killed everybody, so there wasn’t as much recycling old structures to make new that wiped clean while ancient communities elsewhere. If people survived they were forced to pay Jizzah tax. The Mali, Muslims, grew rich kidnapping other blacks from the sub-Sahara and marching them off to Arab slave markets. Who knows what civilizations the Muslims destroyed in the sub-Sahara where people built using wood rather than stone.

Being cruel to black people and being racist are not necessarily the same thing. Of course, if I was being marched across the Sahara into slavery, I would scarcely care about the difference.

I didn't say that everyone is involved in slavery. My premise is that the Muslim countries never stopped their use of purchasing or raiding South Africa for slaves. In today's world they buy young blond blue eyes girls and boys from Europe and even America.
So I don't think you'd be part of any of the future batches from the U.S.

To be fair, I understand that Black History Month is to celebrate the achievements of African Americans here in the United States.

It has nothing to do with the custom of slavery in history or who sold and brought them to these shores.

Black History Month primarily focuses on the past history of racial bias toward Black people rather than their achievements here in the US. It is clearly used as a tool by the Democrats and their Media to reinforce their Black voting bloc.

Again, stop talking about slavery and talk about what America did after slavery was supposed to have been outlawed, because slavery is still legal in this country. The Emancipation Proclamation only freed blacks in states that were in rebellion against the Union.

13th Amendment

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

And so whites created black codes where the could arrest, try and convict blacks for anything they wanted therefore returning blacks to slavery. So fuck what Muslims are doing somewhere else. This is an argument you would not hear from your child.

Nobody is denying Arab slavery. But Arabs didn't implement Jim Crow Apartheid in this country. The only whites even trying that argument are on the far right wing extremes. In short, the white supremacists. So it's simply time to drop that stupid argument.
