to be honest, I am not familiar with the credibility of the website that came up with that number; also, the stats they link really do not support thee claim

so, 400% does sound high, and it looks like it is probably an inflated number

but the point is still valid, that is, black business ownership is up dramatically, just as black unemployment is down dramatically

It found that 45% of all small business in the country were owned by minority ethnic groups in 2018. This is a dramatic uptick from 2015 when the total percentage of minority business owners was 15%. The largest minority group of respondents were African American at 19%, followed by Hispanic at 14%, Asian at 8%, and Native American at 4%.

There is no guidance on how the numbers were gathered and massaged.

I think the error is that in 2015 there were 15% black business owners, and that went up to 19%, which is still very doubtful. But if it did it would be almost a 28% gain in black owners, and that would be very significant.

The numbers are screwy is the problem.

I'm just pointing out what these regulations do to a person trying to start up thank You.
Perhaps if we added More regulations just like these it would help African Americans and everyone else even more. What do you think?

Point is, this is the shit that needs to be seriously looked at and streamlined into something rational and practical... but there is no will power from Democrats whatsoever to do any of that because they created it.
