Bjj is too complex

That’s why YOU don’t deserve to own a gun, you crazy bastard.
If I pay for a gun at the gun store, or if I make a gun on my own, I certainly do deserve to own it, ....
You have proven that you don't by posting death threats all over the place, you fucking lunatic. You shouldn't be allowed to hold a sharp stick.

My biggest need is to stop getting smashed in bottom side control
I am watching many ytube videos to get help

I can’t ever be a blue belt until I get better at bottom side
I am good at getting out of back mount and mount against any white belt and some blues

Not if you wanna keep training partners. Oh and keep your Achilles attached on your own heels. But yes that is probably what makes them hard to do is finding that balance of still going at speed but not hurting someone while training.

Gotta admit I am not good at them either.

I am sure you’re much better than me but I know I have better heel hooks lol

I spent 5 hrs over 2 days watching side escapes

Don't bet on me being better than you. Christ I am 56 now and loosing flexibility which makes so many of the moves tougher to hit. I have been at this for a long time but do not roll very much anymore. I still enjoy it but the bodyvis betraying me. Trust me if you stay with it you will get better as you get into those uncomfortable positions more.

Do you have a wrestling background?

No
I only do the no-gi and mma class and I am by far the oldest in any gym in my 40s
I only started training in my mid 30s in Krav and Muay Thai
Then only later did I try grappling lol

I can usually roll 3 good rounds at 5 min each then it’s over
The classes try to go 25-40 min of rolling but I never finish
What do you expect from a middle aged guy lol

My boxing , MT, wrestling And BJJ is all the same level lol
About advanced beginner lol

I was the best at Krav but that has the lowest value compared to the other 4
