This is going on at nearly every company in the US. Those indoctrinated into the victim culture are now making decisions in employment all over the country.

I was in a high level meeting with my former employer and the CEO asked the HR director why a new B2B director had not been hired,

I was discussing this with a black dude in his early 30s at the gym a couple weeks ago. Super nice dude. He claimed that racism in hiring is needed to make up for past racism.

I asked him when will this racism have made up for past racism?

He just said, “That is a fair point, but I see both sides.” He was trying to be polite, and I appreciated it, but the greater issue is that many people believe racism is needed to make up for past racism.
