What all leaders need, including Trump and Clinton, is to work with a DIVERSE team of leaders from all parties and expertise/experience in different areas to CHECK and BALANCE each other's judgment and decisions.

This one party dominance thing is selfish and destructive.
The parties obviously specialize in different areas/approaches,
and need to stick where they are welcome and effective.
AND NOT TAKE ON AREAS THEY ARE WEAK IN.

When you run a university, you have artists and scientists in totally different realms
who develop their contributions WITHOUT competing to dictate and dominate for the whole
university, as if they know what to do in every field. No, clearly this is delegated to the
top experts respectively.

If everything is biased by party, each sector only has HALF the resources and information.
If you have 2-5 competing parties, how much knowledge and solutions are LOST if you don't include them, too???

Both Trump and Clinton are selfish and dangerous where they don't listen to other people
whose criticisms and corrections can make the difference between life and death, recovery and destruction.

Censoring, corrupting information for political image, and cutting out and cutting down other people/groups
is DANGEROUS and destructive at a time we need to pull together all resources and ALL leaders in ALL parties to fix ALL the problems we face as a nation and as a world society.

What we see of Trump and Clinton now is the media hyped up game to get people to either go to the polls
or stay away from one thing or the other.

Maybe after this election is over, people will go back to the reality that if anything is going to change,
we the people will need to work with all leaders to get it all done. And it's not realistic or effective
to expect one person from one party to dominate the field, tear down and alienate half the nation
from the other party or parties, and expect to be effective in all areas that require attention and reforms.

It's all for election hype, but the real work isn't going to get done this way.
