Seems sort of stupid to spend Taxpayer's money on monument to a liberal political figure.

The reaction to this will be the Rush H. Limbaugh Monument and Library erected in the Mall once the Republicans take over.

there are/have been 115 Justices that have spent their lives trying to keep America balanced, some have done far more than Ruth.
