Bill doesn't look well. He'll be 70 in a few weeks, he looks like he's past 80+. My dad had quintuple by pass surgery around the same age Bill did, few years later pacemaker, 2005 aneurysm and (unexpectedly) one kidney removed (cancer). My dad didn't start looking like Bill until he was 85+ and that was with a lot more medical issues.

Observe Bill when he is in the crowd. His mouth hangs open, his tongue is poking around like a 90+ year old in a nursing home. He looks fragile.
