Bill Clinton, Hours Before 9/11 Attack, Said He 'Could Have Killed' Bin Laden

Well, I have had discussion with many here on this forum who state Bill Clinton did not have the opportunity, and such was just conjuncture based on reports which may not be correct.

How would you know if he didn't? I know for a fact that Bush had the chance but blew it..

Bush actually called off the search. I could see waiting Bin Laden out for a better opportunity where you don't take out too much collateral damage in the form of innocent civilians, but actually calling the search off after a couple years like Dubya and the neo-cons did was outright stupidity.
