One of my favorite programs in Royal Pains on the USA network. It's about a doctor who goes around dealing with odd medical problems in the Hamptons where nobody has less than 10 million or so. (Kinda like McGyver with a stethoscope)

Anyhow, the last episode had him working with a transgender and, while I really don't like the show being politicized, it was done tastefully.
