Allen H. Weisselberg, who for decades was one of Donald J. Trump’s most trusted executives, is expected to plead guilty on Thursday to a long-running tax scheme at the former president’s family business — a serious blow to the company that could imperil its chances in an upcoming trial.

The plea deal will allow Mr. Weisselberg, who was facing up to 15 years in prison, to spend as little as 100 days behind bars, according to people with knowledge of the matter. And it does not require Mr. Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s longtime chief financial officer, to cooperate with the Manhattan district attorney’s office in its broader investigation into Mr. Trump, who has not been accused of wrongdoing.

But Mr. Weisselberg is expected to admit to all 15 felonies he was charged with and will have to testify about his role in a scheme to avoid paying taxes on lavish corporate perks, the people said. That requirement will put the company at a disadvantage and make Mr. Weisselberg a central witness at its trial in October, where it will face many of the same charges.

If Trumpleton's believe Don, who is an acknowledged control freak, wasn't aware Al committed those felonies you might also believe the election was stolen from him.
Big Al? Big Al Weisselberg?!

Oh him.

I honestly don't care

If Trump is as guilty of everything he is accused of, then do something about it

But I have grown tired, as the rest of the country, of the endless charges that always lead no where

So put him in jail or STFU!

I could care less either way, but the whining is annoying.

Many of us have been shocked at Trump's ability to avoid accountability for his crimes. My self among them. But there are so many cases for which he could be tried and convicted it seems his luck may have run out. It would be a great thing for the country.
Ya, like which one? Hillary is the queen of all criminals and she hasn't been charged either. She actually had classified information on her private computer and should be in jail for that felony. She had no ability to de-classify anything. So, if you want to throw Trump in jail let's start with Hillary, Bill, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer and a large number of Democrats.

It's been over a week, and they gave him his passport. They do not suspect him of any crimes.

Like many Trumpleton's you have a curiously adverse reaction to the truth.
Did you read the article? This is in the article: "Mr. Weisselberg will not implicate Mr. Trump or his family if he takes the stand in that trial, the people said."
So, take a chill pill and hopefully that will help with your TDS...

After all these “this is it” claims I for one have become numb and frankly don’t give a dam. Huff and puff….never ends.

Just like he will serve 45 days when one of his book keepers would serve two years for stealing $500, Trumpco will b pay maybe a $50,000 fine.

The rich are only punished when they harm the wealthy. Screwing the government or the Poors, that's just fine.

Don't forget that the DOJ has to summon up the courage to chase Trump down and drive a stake through his black and evil heart.

Garland knows very well that he risks a mini semi-serious revolution that will spill buckets of American blood on the streets.

Fascism is too close now for it to be put down without a fight.
Fascism is already here, it’s the tyranny of Republican minority rule.

Too stupid
Again ? ? ? You're literally defending differential justice.

Then you whine when trump gets a search warrant.
