Trees need CO2 as a source of energy.
How is Biden planning to produce steel, iron and aluminium without adding Co2. Is he gonna smelt with windmills, or get China to produce metal for him?

For perspective, every living person on earth could hypothetically fit inside one cubic mile.
Proof:
5,280 feet cubed is 127 billion cubic feet.

Divide that by ~7 billion people and each person has almost 20 cubic feet.
