"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

dude, we all know that when democrats cheat, steal and lie its perfectly alright and proper but if a republican gets caught jay walking..hello prison
Where is the documented cheat, steal, and lie?

It's common practice for presidents to keep "classified documents" after leaving office. The democrats and the deep state and the main stream media, etc. simply want to take Trump out because Orange Man Bad.
Sorry no...

Have Presidents accidentally taken document, yes...

Actually in this case it seems the documents were in a bag that marked as the VP personal documents...

They seemed to have been unopened, so Biden doesn't seem to know he had them. How his team acted when the discovery was made was in accordance to the law... They immediately informed the National Archive and they had possession within 24 hrs.
Saying that, could show us the precedence of senior official accidentally taking documents and immediately returning them after they found out, facing criminal conviction.

Compare that to Trump who is looking very seriously at an obstruction of justice as they were requested of him and he fought them for over a year. Then claimed he gave them back while his employees were moving the documents around his property. His lawyers then swore that he gave them all back, which turns out to be untrue.
Sorry, but Trump has some serious legal issues... There is plenty precedence of criminal convictions for Trump's actions.

Biden had no idea he was stealing Top Secret documents??? Diminished capacity defense???
It would be very hard to prove that Biden even knows he had the documents.

The document were probably not even packed by him.

This is where Trump really finds himself in trouble... There is plenty proof that Trump knows he had the documents, he also hid them, lied about having them.

The documents were discovered when the President’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. The President periodically used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign. On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning.” How do you know Biden himself took them or knew about it? His lawyers set up his office in Washington D.C. and at the Univ. of Pennsylvania.

Where is your proof he knew?
where did I say he knew? I only said in his possession :auiqs.jpg:.

Anyway, This was his private VP office when he was the VP. We have no idea WTF to that office from Jan 2017 to mid-2017. So, this is very interesting.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

The CCP had unfettered access to Biden’s Top Secret documents for 6 YEARS!!

The Secret Service guarded MAL
You glossed over my entire post as if it was never read. How does that fall on Biden? Answer, it doesn't. You are beating a dead horse.

Where is the obstruction or concealment?

Not true.

Some secrets, such as information related to nuclear weapons, are handled separately under a specific statutory scheme that Congress has adopted under the Atomic Energy Act. Those secrets cannot be automatically declassified by the president alone and require, by law, extensive consultation with executive branch agencies.
Well Since we all know that’s not what Trump had in his closet that’s a rather moot point isn’t it?

That said the classification authority is vested in the office of the President. He doesn’t have to assert that authority to anyone or any agency.

this was his private VP office when he was the VP, and it was his think tank office after mid-2017. So, are you telling us that someone misplaced the doc? C'mon man:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Keep digging that hole. It will never get better for you. His lawyers packed those documents from D.C. And there was zero concealment or obstruction. Maybe it's you who needs to C'mon?

It is even worse, What is happening to the paper trail? Does it mean the doc is so secret that even the Archives does not even know their exits?
If you are having to ask, how do you know it gets worse? LOl! I love it when folks like you can't get enough of making fools of yourselves.

I am not a Trump fan. either Biden did not know he had them or he did not bother with them shows that he is incompetent :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

It just shows that you do not understand Archives. In the end, Biden did not know he had them or he did not bother with them shows that he is incompetent

If Trump had returned the documents when asked the first time, it never would have escalated to a search warrant.
And of course not lied to the DOJ about having them...

If Trump just returned them when asked I say there would have been no legal recourse...

Problem is Trump never told them what documents he had and claimed they were his property...

Biden's team never did that and immediately saw the error and returned them...

BTW, it was Trump himself who exposed the raid, not DOJ...
