This is the second incident reported on this board in 24 hours in Philadelphia, PA, "The City of Brotherly Love". The one yesterday showed some big fat black guy coming up behind three women on sidewalk, attacking and doing a "beat down" on all three.
Pennsylvania has lenient hand gun carry laws, is a shall issue state, and a Castle Doctrine state. There is no way police can protect from society's rabid animals on the street, only respond after the fact. Pennsylvanians should avail themselves of this right to lawfully use tools of self-defense.
Here is a link to the Pennsylvania laws. Might be time for Pennsylvanians to become more aware of their surrounding and be armed to exercise self-protection, rather than depend on Law Enforcement to capture and punish the criminal, while you are recovering, or possibly after family and friends attend your funeral.

Heres a solution.. tougher jail sentences for criminals and more job opportunities for Black people or... any people who do not commit crimes. Make it easier on businesses to do business.. and give them incentive to hire people.. stop shutting down the economy when a pandemic comes around.

The saddest thing in this country is that many people are afraid of folks of the ethnicity under discussion.

Some of those folks are the finest people you would ever want to meet.

Sadly, because an unusually high percentage of those folks are conscienceless violent predators, the whole group is suspect.

The good members of that group must feel very sad that other people automatically fear them even though they have nothing to do with the bad members.
